Responsibility and Good Rewards
Well as it seems that no one else is really posting anymore, tsk tsk, the little one must take on that responsibility. THE LITTLE ONE IS GETTING NIGH ONTO 20!!!! AHHHHHH! sorry, i've had an old attack today.
Well I have FINALLy gotten a decent mark here at university! I got a 92.something on my Ecology midterm. First of all, it's a lot harder than it sounds seeing as there are actually equations one must use and certain ruled governing ecosystems and such. Second of all, the professor had to add 16% (16%!) to everyone's grade because the class average was so low (52%). So even though my good mark is really only due to the addition of the 16%, i was still 24% above class average. So hooray. I'm pretty sure i failed the other midterm i had that day though, so my happiness is somewhat tempered.
I went on a tour of the Old Carleton County Jail near the Rideau Mall today, and i saw the place where the last capital punishment sentence in Canada was carried out. By hanging. And the bodies of all those that died there are buried under the parking lot because the excavators aren't sure they got them all out.... The building is now a hostel run by the international hostel association, and all the hostellers sleep in the jail cells. The building is supposed to be haunted, but i didn't see anything other than a little chinsese tourist boy that kept yelling random things at the tour group and 7 pictures of me because i had red hair. Random. The tour guide got really frustrated with him. Parents, don't give your child a camera!
